Located in the Sierra foothills outside Placerville, California between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe, Candis and her family have created beautiful gardens for 40+ years. With her background in gardening, wild crafting (picking medicinal plants from the wild places), as well as her studies in Western, Chinese and Ayurvedic herbal systems, Candis imbues her classes with deep understanding and practical knowledge for living a noble and meaningful life. She inspires others to garden no matter where they live. Even those living in apartments are encouraged to grow plants on their decks or in community gardens. Ever Green Herb Gardens are no longer open to the public, but Candis does give garden tours about twice a summer season for her students..

Candis Cantin Kiriajes has over 40 years of practical experience as a counselor and a teacher of holistic lifestyle principles. She is the artist and co-creator of the Herbal Tarot Deck & Book Set and the author of the Pocket Guide to Ayurvedic Healing . Candis has been very active in teaching Integrative Herbology for over 38 years. Her main focus in teaching is to inspire the self-empowerment of the students and clients.
